Dear Better Human,
You get one life.
What you do with it is up to you so long as you donāt force anyone else.
My advice is to figure out the life you want to live and go live it.
Itās much easier than you think. All you have to do is control your desires. Rather than becoming a slave to externals, use gratitude and a reframing of āsuccessā to want what you already have.
Most of us already have MORE THAN ENOUGH to be forever fulfilled. We just donāt see it. So we live in a perpetual state of āmore.ā
The thing about more is you never get there. More is, by definition, unattainable. Itās like the future. You can never get to the future. All you have is the Now.

My response:
it may not be your fault, you may be doing your job, but you and your parent co are making the world a more dangerous place. Freedom of speech is the bedrock of American success. Study history to see exactly where suppressing it leads a country and its people.Ā
My response: ahh the ego of humanity in spite of the multiple failed communist experiments and the mountains of data that shows you canāt control markets - the real question is why writers that sit in a room and offer their absurd opinions have the platform they do?
My response: This is what you get when you rely on centralized systems that have been infiltrated by the State. The solution is decentralized markets.
On skin color:
āI have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.ā -MLK
So did everyone forget since now everything is about the color of your skin?
Itās bizarre how wokeism becomes the very thing they pretend to fight against. Pure hypocrisy.
On equality:
People are NOT the same.
Some produce 1,000,000x more than others while most live off the production of others.
Some think original thoughts and contribute to human knowledge while most think what they're told to think.
Complete equality would destroy humanity in one generation.

š¦¾ How to be dangerous ā Ask a lot of questions. The more you question people, the more you see they donāt know what they are talking about. Itās also the only way to convince people of anything through conversation.

Happiness and freedom begin with a clear understanding of one principle: Some things are within our control, and some things are not. -Epictetus
Isnāt it fascinating that one manās trash is another manās treasure?
Oneās hell is anotherās heaven.
One can be fulfilled with nothing, sleeping in a barrel in the streets like Diogenes, while another can be the emperor of Rome yet beset with stress, anxiety, and fear.
Since everything is subjective, you have the power to choose.
So choose consciously or let your unruly and never happy subconscious choose then watch how it ruins your life.
š Fix Your Mineralsāļø
After doing the UF mineral test, I had high mercury, low sodium, and potassium.
To correct this, I started a daily stack that includes Upgraded Magnesium and Potassium, Upgraded Memory with Boron, and the Upgraded Iodine.
Since addingĀ UFĀ to my daily routine, my sleep is better and that mid-afternoon "slump" is nonexistent. Iāve always known that minerals matter, but it wasnāt until I tested myself that I was able to see exactly what I needed.
I highly recommend doing the simpleĀ hair testĀ yourself and in the meantime starting withĀ magnesiumĀ andĀ iodine, two of the most commonly deficient minerals for the average person.
