Colin, I enjoy your weekly e-mail. In fact, I believe it was you that recommended the book, "River Gods," by Wilbur Smith. Well, finished that series and getting to the end of the Courtney's era. Lots of output from Mr. Smith. If if wasn't you, then you should get reading "River Gods." History lesson and story in one book. Time permitting, of course.
My actual reason for writing is your support of Bitcoin. No judgements here, in fact I want a reason to invest. When so many are predicting its continued collapse, what are your reason(s) for optimism? Feel free to direct me to any information that supports your decision-making.
And the collapse of fiat currency is exactly why you should own Bitcoin. It's the only asset on Earth that is not beholden to the whims of the state. They can't cancel it. They can't print more of it. They can try all they want, but they can't. They will have to accept it since they have no other choice. It gives power back to the people. It is already eroding away the power of all states around the world. Some will realize it sooner and some slower, but it's happening nonetheless.

Bob, much appreciated.
And that was me. River God was the book that got me into reading. It literally changed my life.
I should go back and reread it soon. So good.
