💲 Bitcoin’s price hit a record all-time high yesterday of $66,974.
Here’s why price doesn’t matter.
Because you buy Bitcoin to hold it forever. It’s something you will give to your kids. And you will probably leverage it in the future the way you’d leverage real estate.
It’s not something you want to buy when what you get is fiat, a thing that loses value on a daily basis.
The only price that matters is the price of later. It’s always the later price that matters.
So keep buying.

Pre-heat cast-iron over medium heat then add in some ghee
Add protein or whatever else I’m cooking.
Let is brown for 2-4 mins then flip/stir
Repeat
Place in oven and let cook through.
Enjoy. (And use a lot of salt throughout the process)

I’m big on first principles thinking.
Knowledge should be built up from the foundation, not accepted from the top-down.
Everything that’s wrong with the world is rooted in human bias, which is rooted in the whims of the fragile human mind.
If we can build more first-principle-minded humans, we build a better world. Period.

More climate change nonsense: From The Morning Brew

If you’ve ever been unsure of what to think about climate change, specifically the carbon-climate hypothesis. Here’s a simple way to think about it.
Scientific fact requires falsification. If you can’t falsify a theory through experimentation, it remains a theory.
Example -> You can drop a rock and be pretty sure it will fall to the ground. Gravity is a fact for almost everything there is in nature on Earth's surface. You can prove the absence of gravity as well as its presence through experimentation. (There's a reason you don't jump off a building.)
Now for why science has gone very wrong in our world today.
Corporations and the Nanny state have created the religion of capital "S" Science. These entities profit from controlling information and use fear and propaganda to justify their existence and their mingling.
It's always about "safety" and "the Greater Good."
The Science controlled by the state and private for-profit corporations has become a political propaganda machine that uses “research” and “science” and “scientists” to convince the public that they are dumb, can't think for themselves, and should accept whatever they are told.
The reality is so on the other end that it’s a fraud at this point.
Science is scientists bring wrong 99% of the time throughout history. And that will continue.
Every scientific breakthrough came through to debunk whatever accepted “science” that was “accepted” before.
Hand washing.
Earth not being the center of the Universe or even our solar system
The speed of light and time not being a constant
The theory of atoms
The human body not being a balance of “humors” and thus bloodletting not being a “medical treatment” (which is what likely killed George Washington after a quarter of his blood was drained from his body as a "treatment" to a fever)
So on and so forth.
The Church fought any scientific ideas that threatened their monopoly on information, belief, and God.
The status quo defends attacks from new ideas because they threaten the monopoly the incumbents have on information.
This is not understood by most because most people have little to no understanding of history.
It's nothing new—business as usual.
How this relates to climate change is simple.
What experiment has ever been done, or could ever be done, on Earth’s climate?
Imagine fitting Earth into a lab, then pulling some levers and testing different variables, and then documenting—through experimentation—what happens.
When it comes to this massive floating rock in space, no scientist has ever done that or ever will. (Maybe one day, I guess.)
This lack of experimentation leaves us with a rising abominatio that is the scourge to all scientific thought and the scientific process itself: correlation and statistics.
Statistics are the reason our world is so cooky right now.
The epidemiologists that look at data and use it to make loose connections (they call them correlations) are nothing but soothsayers that allow their bias to lead them to whatever the most profitable links are—profitable in grant money, fame, political power.
Epidemiology, which is a pseudoscience at this point, is used to make matter-of-fact claims about climate.
This is why climate change has become a prominent example of capital S Science becoming our generation's religion, and that's why politicians and corporations use it to put money in their pocket and power in their hands—because it's so damn easy to do so.
I suspect future historians and science writers will write about the hubris and stupidity of the 20th and 21st century and our religion of Science.
When our society collapses from the large-scale crumbling of institutions, too-big-too-function governments and corporations, and the ailing health of modern humans through heart disease, cancer, auto-immune issues, the world will be ready for rebuilding.
The Better Humans that have opted out of the mainstream status quo to forge their own path will inherit the Earth.
I just hope they don’t fall into the same traps that their egotistical and easily manipulated human brain can lead them to.
Finally, I should offer a reminder:
You can believe humans are mistreating the environment without buying into the climate change nonsense.
Humans probably do contribute to some warming, but the actual historical data is negligible when looked at objectively. And this book goes into why we may be helping stave off an ice age, which, if it were to come, would kill billions. 🤔
I believe soil erosion and mistreatment is the real crisis no one is talking about. If we run out of topsoil, we run out of food. And we both know what happens when you run out of food.
Yet, the proposed mainstream solution to the food supply problems is not based on scientific fact but on a profit-driven propaganda narrative.
The idea that plants are better because they are green is the same logic as saying that painting your house green is better for the environment. It’s just dumb.
The reality is the majority of plant foods used in the mass-produced food supply come from monocropping, which requires massive chemical and fertilizer inputs and fossil-fueled machinery and transportation. The “green” colored plant foods America eats can only be produced with fossil fuels. Period. Full Stop.
The solution here is the solution it’s always been—eat locally from small farmers that grow regeneratively or as close to it as possible.
But of course, that’s not profitable or controllable by the elite.
When you see how the food system is one big corrupt cartel in bed with Big Pharma and the Nanny state, you should have no problem seeing through the medical cartel’s vaccine propaganda, or climate change bullshit, or anything mainstream.
