š¦¾ You can change everything

Better Humans,
If you lived my life, you'd probably be like me.
If I lived your life, I'd probably be like you.
And still, we both can change anything we want.
You can change who you are, what you do, where you live, who you associate with, everything.
You can change whether you stress over minor inconveniences like traffic.
You can worry about what might happen and obsess over what has.
You can poison your body and mind.
Or you can choose none of these and do something else.
It's all choice.
Who you are right now is no guarantee of who you will be later on.
If you work at improving, you will. If you don't, you won't.
If you don't like parts of your life, remind yourself that you choose them. And you choose them each day you don't change them.
There's no escaping choice. It's the constant of your life. It will never escape you.
"Our egos are constructed in our formative yearsāour first two decades. They get constructed by our environment, our parents, society. Then, we spend the rest of our life trying to make our ego happy. We interpret anything new through our ego: "How do I change the external world to make it more how I would like it to be?"
āItās really important to be able to uncondition yourself, to be able to take your habits apart and say, āOkay, this is a habit I probably picked up when I was a toddler trying to get my parentās attention. Now Iāve reinforced it and reinforced it, and I call it a part of my identity. Does it still serve me? Does it make me happier? Does it make me healthier? Does it make me accomplish whatever I set out to accomplish?ā

I donāt follow Jo. So why does Twitter serve her up in my timeline ALL THE TIME?
Because they know I tend to āengageā with her by calling her out every time I see her nonsense tweets. I finally blocked her.
Reading accounts like hers is like entering another reality where everything is rooted in blame, victim mentality, tribalism, polarizing, and a complete and utter detachment from the truth and personal responsibility. After a few mins scrolling through her, I need a shower. I feel gross. I almost feel ashamed of myselfā¦ like what am I doing?
And just imagine how some people walk around every second of their lives thinking like thatā¦ wow.
I know youāre supposed toĀ disclaimĀ things you say and ābe nice.ā Iām supposed to give her the benefit of the doubt and talk about why sheās probably a nice person and blabla. Not gonna do it.
I donāt care about politics or who the president is. I do care if the government interferes in my life. Constant taxation (and now inflation), travel restrictions, and other violations of my privacy and individual sovereignty over the last few years are the only reason I spent an ounce of my attention on the political circus since 2020.
I do find myself healing though. Iām caring less and less. And in direct correlation to caring less, my mood and overall happiness has improved.
I used to think I could just do my own thing, and I still believe that mostly since I know I can't change the outcome of any of it, but thereās still a part of me that feels I should call out people like Jo that stoke tribalism amongst fellow citizens. Part of me feels a responsibility to the majority of Americans that donāt care about any of it and just want to live normal lives. I legitimately believe itās close to 99.99% of people.
The democratic party has adopted this statist, conformity, collectivist āgreater goodā mentality. Students of history recognize this as what it is: the same exact mentality that Hitler used, Mao used, and what communism is based on. This is just history repeating itself.
These āaggressive conformistsā are the same people that would have ratted out their Jew neighbors to the Gestapo. They are the same that would have yelled, screamed, kicked, and assaulted blacks during the civil rights movement.
The sad thing is that most of these individuals are so brainwashed that they canāt see themselves for what they are doing. Most people want to do good. Most people, even those that fall hard for political rhetoric, believe they are doing good and are on the ārightā side.
Of course, they could say the same thing about me from their perspective.
How do I know Iām on theĀ right side? How do I know Iām the āgoodā guy?
I know because my principles are based on foundational truths.
I want nothing from anyone. I earn what I have and expect no one else to give me theirs. And I know that anything based on taking from one and giving to another is a gross violation of natural law.
A simple way to know if youāre on the right side is to ask yourself if a policy or perspective is based on someone else.
Is it someone elseās fault? Like the Jews, minorities, alt-right extremists, terrorists, Muslims, or Magas?
Is your policy based on taking from one through regulation or taxation and giving to another that some bureaucrat deems is āin needā?
From each according to his ability, to each according to his needsā¦ like Marx said.
Sounds fair. Sounds great. Then why does it manifest as millions dead? Why does it provide the exact opposite outcome of much for few and little to none for many?
Because of human nature. Because of the inability to create purely decentralized checks on power.
When you realize this as a foundational Truth, the only possible conclusion you can come to is the removal of the ultimate monopoly of all: the State.
Itās funny how the one actual monopolyāthe Stateāpretends to protect you from other supposed monopolies. What a farce. What a lie. What a fiction.
Who protects you from the actual monopoly?
Yourself. No one else.
No one will ever save you, protect you, make you healthy, or take care of you.
Anyone that claims they will is a liar. They want you to give them power so they can benefit themselves at your expense.
There is no other way to explain how this works. Itās as inevitable as math.
Modern politics is nothing but arguing over which few politicians get the power. Thatās all it is.
And who pays the price? The citizens.
And who gets rich? The politicians.

CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is one of the active ingredients found in cannabis and hemp. CBD oil is made from the hemp plant. Hemp is not the same as marijuana, although both plants are members of the cannabis family. Hemp contains minimal THC (the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana).
What are the benefits of CBD oil?
CBD has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, and pain-relieving properties. CBD oil is becoming more popular as a natural remedy for various conditions, including anxiety, chronic pain, depression, and more. Here are a few benefits of CBD oil:
1) Anti-inflammatory: CBD oil is an effective anti-inflammatory agent. It has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body, improving overall health.
2) Pain relief: CBD oil is effective at relieving pain symptoms. It works by interacting with receptors in the brain and body to decrease pain intensity and improve the overall quality of life.
3) Anti-anxiety: CBD oil has also reduced anxiety symptoms. It works by interfering with neurotransmitters in the brain that can lead to feelings of anxiety.
4) Improved mood: CBD oil has been shown to improve mood and relieve symptoms of depression. It does this by interacting with serotonin receptors in the brain.
