🦾 the greatest accomplishment of your life

Better Humans,
The greatest thing you can ever do is create a life for entirely for yourself by living entirely who you are.
We are social animals, which is why this is so hard. It's contrary to our biology. But we no longer live as hunter-gatherers, and our survival is no longer dependent upon the group.
You can become your own sovereign individual and create a life entirely for yourself. And you should.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
The world is always trying to make you something else.
Sometimes it's blatant, like when a friend, partner, or family member is on your case trying to make you into something they want.
Other times it's more subtle, like the programming and media you consume and the famous strangers you look up to.
Then there's the corporate goal of making you consume more or the MSM goal of keeping you plugged into constant fear and propaganda so they can charge advertisers more based on views. There's the political angle trying to get you to vote and donate a certain way.
Finally, it comes the heaviest from your neighbors, friends, coworkers, and family, all enforcing a status quo based on what is considered acceptable behavior.
This is a fact of life. It's not something to complain about. It's like the weather—either you accept it and devise a strategy to deal with it, or you don't; either way, nature doesn't give a damn.
Your only choice is to take ownership and control it. Create a strategy to get what you want.
All human life is goal setting and seeking.
Sometimes your goals are small: I'm hungry, so I eat to satisfy my goal of not being hungry.
Other times they're more involved like: I want a 50-acre farm with a barndominium with guest rooms, gym, gaming area, theater, saunas, ice baths, multiple fridges stocked with enough Richardson's rainwater to last through the apocalypse, and a huge kid-friendly corral to leave the kids and let them do their thing, etc. (I recently clarified this vision for myself.)
Your every goal is based on removing pain or seeking pleasure. It’s always one or the other.
When you do things because you "have to," you have decided it’s not worth it to not do them.
You don’t have to do anything. And you can do anything.
This is an important point.
Most people never analyze the things they have to do. They go on autopilot, stacking responsibility on top of responsibility. Eventually they break.
Had they analyzed their choices, they could have found many things they don’t actually have to do. This would have freed up time and mental space and provided clarity on the things that really matter.
On other people
Other people require a mention here.
Most people do things for other people from a place of fear.
They don’t want to lose someone, so they accept their bad behavior.
They don’t want the shame or criticism, so they lie, bottle things up, walk around on eggshells.
They are afraid of upsetting their coworkers, so they default to playing it safe.
The irony here is how this approach only pulls one towards the very thing they are afraid of: the relationship ends, they get fired, and the people around them get no feedback on their behavior which makes it worse for everyone involved.
Your best strategy with other people is to express yourself constantly, openly, and candidly.
A New Life
Imagine you lived your life where every decision was 100% your own.
You never operated out of guilt or shame, or fear.
When you did things you didn’t want to do, they were actually what you wanted to do because you figured out the cost-benefit analysis.
This life is the ultimate accomplishment.
Some say money, fame, or impact is the ultimate accomplishment as if it’s all a competition to see who can become the wealthiest and most famous dead person.
Yet how often do we hear about the overweight, stressed, and sick billionaire? Or the celebrity that struggles with substance abuse and problems at home.
The goal of life is to lie YOUR LIFE to its fullest. Not someone else’s. And money, fame, awards, or having your name on a building mean nothing if they aren’t a byproduct of living that YOUR LIFE on YOUR TERMS.
There are many rich, powerful, and famous humans that many would consider “successful.”
I don’t. Most of them are massive failures that have used their fame, wealth, power to pretend they are successful.
Sadly, this is still what the average person aspires to.
It’s all choice
Your life is entirely yours for the taking.
It’s sitting right there. It’s ready and able. There is NOTHING that can stop you.
But you have to want it. Then you have to go out and cultivate it.
It will not come to you overnight, nor will it be easy.
You'll have to let some people down.
You can work towards this life with small steps, whittling away at it, or you can make massive change and dive headfirst into the deep end.
It starts the second you decide it does.
One Disclaimer
I need to disclaim something I’m saying here.
If you do something you don't enjoy, like standing around while your kids play at a park, you do that because you value your kids having a good time more than the inconvenience of standing around for a bit.
You're going to be better and worse at doing inconvenient—but worth it—things in your life. This isn't about eliminating every inconvenience or difficulty in your life. It’s not about becoming entirely selfish—unless that’s who you are, then by all means, have at it.
The simplest way to explain it goes like this: Your every choice is WORTH IT.
Things that are worth it are rooted in growth/value. When you do something worth it, you do it because that provides more value than not doing it, whether hard, easy, difficult, or unpleasant.
When I’m tired after a long day’s work, I don’t necessarily want to go outside, pull a sled around, and lift weights. But I do that because I value my health (and a pain-free back) far more than the 30-minutes of strenuous activity.
When I do my taxes, I do so because I value not getting audited and penalized more than it would be worth to not file and try to fight the IRS for its unconstitutional theft of my hard-earned money (the federal income tax was supposed to be “temporary” and only “for the rich.”)
The key here is to identify everything in your life from this perspective so you can catch the things you do for the wrong reasons, like people pleasing or trying to avoid being shamed.
If you don't express yourself because you are afraid you might hurt someone's feelings, that is a fear-based decision. I call that a wrong decision. You’re living a lie. Over time, these small lies are paper cuts on your soul. Eventually, they will kill you.
To summarize it all, think about it like this:
Everything you do is worth it... you do a cost-benefit analysis, and you decide it's worth it.
Anything you do out of fear is not worth it so you don’t do it
Analyze everything. Choose what adds value to your life and let go of everything else. Over time you'll build the life of your dreams.
Few realize this is the ultimate goal of life. They think money, fame, or having a lot of social media followers is the goal. So they spend years chasing the wrong means because they’ve attached to the wrong ends (happiness).
Having external goals is fine, but you must also have happiness goals and life goals.
And as Thoreau said, being who you are is the ultimate accomplishment.
🌎 World 🚨
I don’t know much about the MAGA agenda, but I’ve never seen or heard anything form anyone that suggested it had anything to do with destroying anything. In fact, what I have seen/heard was always centered on Pro-America than anything I’ve ever seen come out of the left or from Biden or his cabinet of clowns…
These people are crazy.

CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is one of the active ingredients found in cannabis and hemp. CBD oil is made from the hemp plant. Hemp is not the same as marijuana, although both plants are members of the cannabis family. Hemp contains minimal THC (the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana).
What are the benefits of CBD oil?
CBD has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, and pain-relieving properties. CBD oil is becoming more popular as a natural remedy for various conditions, including anxiety, chronic pain, depression, and more. Here are a few benefits of CBD oil:
1) Anti-inflammatory: CBD oil is an effective anti-inflammatory agent. It has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body, improving overall health.
2) Pain relief: CBD oil is effective at relieving pain symptoms. It works by interacting with receptors in the brain and body to decrease pain intensity and improve the overall quality of life.
3) Anti-anxiety: CBD oil has also reduced anxiety symptoms. It works by interfering with neurotransmitters in the brain that can lead to feelings of anxiety.
4) Improved mood: CBD oil has been shown to improve mood and relieve symptoms of depression by interacting with serotonin receptors in the brain.
