🦾 The Five-Minute Agent
Your first AI agent should take 5 minutes, not a weekend. Small and running beats big and imaginary.
In a couple of years, everyone will have their own agent.
Maybe they will just call it “your AI” or something like that.
Like, “ Tell your AI to do it.”
I think agents is too businessy a term.
The mass market will def use something else.
Your advantage is getting in early and using agents to speed up your work, get more done in less time, manage less in your head, and create a foundation to build on top of so that every time some new thing comes out, your entire workflow/life/work/business/finnaces IMPROVE.
People spend so much time trying to be moral.
Data centers. Water use. FUD FUD FUD.
I’ve been a Bitcoin maximalist for over 6 years now. And the amount of complete and utter nonsense thrown at is/us was constant and nearly always the opposite of reality.
Funny how propaganda is like that, huh?
I advise you to ignore all of that.
You have one life, and you’re here to provide for your family and community. It is your HUMAN DUTY to create security and opportunity for yourself and your loved ones.
AND DON'T APOLOGIZE FOR DOING SO.
Which means use new technology always regardless of what others say about it, and most important of all, what you even feel about it.
You have to separate your morality from reality.
Reality doesn’t care about human morality because human morality is just a human invention. Nature is no more beholden to human morality than you’re beholden to what the ants in my backyard are doing right now (probably getting collected by my boys).
Modern humans have this idea that if they whine, complain, and post on social media about some of their perceived injustices, that they are doing something to change or fix it.
But they aren’t. They are just feeding the pendulum and their own egoistic desire to feel ‘righteous’ and/or ‘moral’.
So, back to agents.
Since agents are just ‘sets of text instructions carried out for you,’ the main difference between standard automatinos that have been around for years is this: they're much faster to set up because you can use native language.
You can just tell it what you want it to do, and then it does it, and it runs. Then you give feedback to tweak it, and it gets better over time.
To get started with an agent, I recommend just starting a morning briefing that connects to your calendar, whatever to-do list you're using, and just tells you, "Today you have this. You should get these things done."
You can add logic around recent task history such as highlighting things that have lapsed or are overdue, or the things you're neglecting, and then just keep tweaking and iterating until you have something that helps keep you accountable, helps manage your to-do lists, your schedule, helps keep things top of mind, and that runs on its own.
This is the way.
🤖 Everyone is planning a weekend AI build. You could be running in 5 minutes.
Look, I get this text at 8am every morning.
The AI Work OS is the turn-key version of the system I run my businesses on. One-click install, no weekend lost.
Most people bookmark an agent build for Saturday and never touch it. The OS skips the build entirely: my agents, my databases, and my skills, prewired, so your assistant works on day one.
It reads your calendar, your inbox, and your tasks, and hands you your day already sorted. Then you stack whatever you want on top of that foundation.
It is 67 dollars at the founding price, and the price rises every time I add a skill. 30-day money-back guarantee, and there is a free preview if you want to look before you buy.

🛠️ One Build — The Five-Minute Agent
Pick the smallest daily annoyance you check every morning. One number, one inbox, one calendar, one report. Not a workflow, an annoyance.
Write one paragraph telling your AI exactly what to hand you each morning and what done looks like. Plain English, no prompt engineering.
Schedule it. A Claude scheduled task, a recurring automation, whatever runs without you touching it.
Let it run 7 days straight before you change a single word. Resist the upgrade itch. The streak is the product.
Only after a full week, stack the next one on top. Small things that run daily compound. Weekend builds die in the drafts folder.
🎯 Skill — SHIP THE SMALLEST THING
Spend 60 minutes today shipping the smallest useful automation you can think of. Not planning it. Shipping it. One input, one output, runs without you. A morning number, a daily summary, a single check you never have to remember again.
If it takes longer than an hour, it is too big. Cut scope until it embarrasses you, then ship that.
Small and running beats big and imaginary. That's the way.
👓 You upgraded your monitor. Your eyes are still running stock. 📱
Every input in your workflow got an upgrade this year except the one taking the hit 8+ hours a day.
New screen, new apps, new AI stack, and the same unprotected eyes absorbing blue light from wakeup to midnight. That mismatch shows up as strain, headaches, and garbage sleep.
The LITEZ All-day 3 Lens system is the eye upgrade: three lenses for three times of day, blocking up to 99% of blue light. Yellow for daytime screens, orange for evening, red for that last hour before bed.
Upgrade the input you actually use most.
