🦾 The AI Foundation
The two essential ways to benefit from AI right now.
The fastest way to get benefit from AI so you can be as excited as all the AI hypers (🙋) is to do EXACTLY THIS BELOW…
Get your AI agent system set up, whether that's Hermes or even Claude Code, it’s the single most important thing you can be doing to actually benefit from AI.
It becomes the backbone of managing all your work, your day, your comms, email, everything. Once you install this as your OS foundation, yo’ll never go back. You’ll only build on top of it.
(Check out my agent OS system I packed up into a one-click install, 10-minute build.)
The next thing you should do is commit to using Claude Code, Codex, or both every time you work. Get a few windows running at once. Aim to keep the work itself to the same business or project, because you start losing context when you switch too much. I've learned that the hard way.
Finally, make sure you're continually organizing your work. Save the links you’re working on. AI window/chat/task creep is real. And it will BURY you if you don’t control it.
I use Notion for this, and I instruct my Claw + Claude to always reference the main project DB and keep everything there before working on any task.
I don’t even look at the DBs much anymore… I just ask it, “What’s next.” This keeps the project and the work all on path and in one area
That outline I just gave you is a foundational way to get the most results with AI right now.
I think this foundation will end up being the way people get results with AI. And even if models improve and new apps come out, this will still serve as the core foundation.
What that means for you is, if you start building those now, then you can ignore most of the hype and updates and just focus on your actual work/business.
This is the way.

🛠️ One Build — Your Agent System in 20 Minutes
Grab the free preview of my AI OS. It is fully built and ready to run.
Run the 10-minute setup: connect Claude Code or Codex and the tools you already use.
Give it one real task from today and let it work end to end.
You now have an agent system running, the single highest-leverage AI move there is.
🎯 Skill — ONE BUSINESS, ONE WINDOW
Spend 60 minutes working in Claude Code or Codex on a single project, no switching. Then have it write what you did into a Notion task database so tomorrow you pick up exactly where you left off. Focus plus a memory beats ten open tabs. That's the way.
📈 Markets
🤖 AI
🟢 Nvidia (NVDA) higher. Late rally on a reported China H200 chip purchase clawed it back green.
🟢 Broadcom (AVGO) higher. Rose on an expanded Apple custom-silicon partnership.
🔴 AMD (AMD) -6.5%. AI-GPU peer slid as chip weakness rolled on.
🔴 Micron (MU) -4.7%. Memory kept bleeding in the AI-hardware selloff.
💻 Tech
🟢 Penguin Solutions (PENG) higher. Jumped on a strong quarter, revenue up about 48%.
🟢 Apple (AAPL) firm. Steady on its expanded 30-billion-plus Broadcom deal.
🔴 Oracle (ORCL) lower. Kept sliding, now well off its June highs.
🔴 Microsoft (MSFT) lower. Megacaps faded more than 1% in the risk-off tape.
🏦 Finance
🟢 Fiserv (FISV) +5%. Popped on reported acquisition interest from major banks.
🟢 Otherwise quiet: financials were broadly flat-to-down, no other notable winner.
🔴 Lazard (LAZ) lower. Advisory names printed below consensus.
🔴 Raymond James (RJF) lower. Brokerages fell with the risk-off tape.
🌎 Other
🟢 Exxon (XOM) +3.9%. Energy led as oil surged about 4% on the Iran escalation.
🟢 Chevron (CVX) +3.5%. Big oil rode the crude spike to the top of the tape.
🔴 Carnival (CCL) lower. Cruise lines sank as the oil surge hit travel and leisure.
🔴 Alignment Healthcare (ALHC) tumbled. Fell hard on whistleblower-lawsuit allegations.
The Iran fault line ran the whole board: energy ripped, oil-sensitive and rate-sensitive names got sold, and AI silicon stayed shaky even as Nvidia clawed back late. Geopolitics, not earnings, set the tone.

🤖 The AI Agent OS System
AI is supposed to make you more productive. So why does it make you feel overwhelmed? Why do you feel like you’re spinning your wheels half the time?
Because with great power comes the responsibility of organizing it, and that ain’t easy.
You’re the database. Everything lives in your head, in 40 tabs, in “I’ll remember it later.”
You won’t. Follow-ups slip, tasks get forgotten, and you’re sure everyone’s using AI better than you. (Some are.. Most aren’t.)
My AI Agent OS flips this → One workspace for tasks, finances, CRM, work, and personal, that you talk to with any AI.
“What’s due today.” “Log this.” “Remind me Friday.”
Done. For. You. By. The. Robots.
Go full agent, and it updates itself 24/7 while you sleep, even texts you a daily briefing from Telegram. You go from being the database to having an agent run it for you.
It works day one with any AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Claw, all or one.
One-click duplicate, no code.
Your agent can send Slack messages and emails, run recurring tasks, send daily briefings and reports, manage your tasks and finances, and just about anything else you keep programming it to do.
This isn’t a chatbot (it forgets), a template (it’s empty), or a course (you never finish it). It’s a memory system engineered over the last three years for my own personal productivity and recently adapted for the AI age over the last 6 months.
What’s inside:
Quick Hermes/Claw setup instructions
The foundational Work Databases that you give to your agent so you stay organized FOREVER. Avoid AI creep by creating rules from the GET GO.
The Personal & Tasks Database (Boomerang defer-and-return so you never drop a ball)
The AI Skills Database (the foundational skills, sequenced, which ends AI FOMO)
A Quick-Start plus 2 short walkthroughs (under 20 min, not a course)
Bonus content systems area
Every day you run this, you’re building a personal AI operating system that makes you harder to replace, a moat no one can copy.

👀 Screens all day? Your eyes (and sleep) are feeling it 👓
If You’re on screens 8+ hours a day, by nighttime your eyes likely feel tired and strained. That’s nine hours of screen glare hitting them, every day.
Then how do you relax?
You grab your phone to hop the socials or watch another screen to stream a show or movie.
Simply put, your biology is not designed for this.
And it’s why we need modern solutions to help solve modern problems.
The LITEZ 3-Lens System filters that glare and helps reduce digital eye strain, so your eyes stay more comfortable from your morning screens to winding down at night. Third-party tested.
I wear mine every day.
There is extensive research around blue light, eye health, sleep, and hormones. It’s very well established and understood. (Try going without sunlight for 30 days and see how you feel).
Mitigating some of the blue exposure helps. For some, it’s a complete game changer.
Whether you’re skeptical of the effects of blue light or not, the lenses themselves also help reduce eye strain.
They have a 30-day risk-free guarantee. Easy. Try em out.
