𦾠One Window At A Time
The next big edge in content isnāt AI. It's you.
š§ Be irreplaceable: Build The AI Mind and Personal Moat.
Fellow Human,
I canāt tell you enough about the importance of doing one thing in one window at a time.
Iām getting to the point where I am purposely isolating something into a single blank screen and then trying to only work there as much as I can. The more youāre task-jumping and window-jumping, the harder it is to keep a strong context. That means youāre going to have weaker results.
I think theyāre going to be writing books about this.
This is a huge problem right now: the sheer overwhelm of what you can build, what you can do, what you can use the tools forā¦. Itās too much.
The human mind isnāt designed for it.
Some will excel here, and most wonāt.
Itās kinda like modern obesity. Most humans today are not adapting to our environment⦠they get sicker, weaker daily. And mortality rates are skyrocketing.
This next wave of AI and work is going to be like that. We will see a power curve (not a bell curve) where a small percentage of people get outsized results because they are able to utilize these new forms of leverage.
And the thing about leverage is, when you use it compared to someone who isnāt, you get FAR FAR FAR ahead.
The whole task-switching, doing a lot at once thing also showcases the importance of needing a very, very, very solid foundational organization system.
A lot of people are using Obsidian for this. You can use Notion for this.
Either way, you just want to have one index of everything, and in that index, you should have all of your personal info, business info, everything you can.
This will be your BRAIN that your AIs work from.
This itself is a skill. Itās hard to remember to put stuff here and to keep it organized. Of course, you can now just give that to the AI.
But you have to reinforce the system on a regular basis. Your agent, if you have one, isnāt going to just add things here unless you instruct.
I made this mistake over the past 60 days or so, where my Notion just grew in complexity all over the place. So what Iām doing now is taking the time to hold off on building anything new. And thatās hard. SOOO many shiny objects.
My new work rules are going to look something like this:
One: Only put work inside the database and the project it belongs to. No new phantom cards, projects, or databases.
Two: I continually take time to look at what Iām working on and make sure that if Iām jumping from project to project or business to business, Iām not just doing things randomly because I happened to look at it and it sounded fun to tackle. A lot of times, Iāll start working on something just because it showed up, but that doesnāt mean itās the best thing I should be doing.
Here are some ideas for you:
Commit to this now, build a foundation, and do your best to never deviate from it.
Start with a personal index in one database. You can even have Claude build this for you. The Notion integration with Claude is very good, and it does stuff pretty well.
Put finances, life goals, health, whatever you need, all into that personal index.
Make the next database your projectās index. All projects, businesses, and anything youāre working on should live in project management, since youāll be using it operationally on a regular basis. You can get to the point where you have Claude or your agent move tasks around for you. Maybe you can even retire from managing the tasks and data yourself. That way, you donāt run into the problems of most project management software, where you lose context, miss the order of things, bury tasks, forget to update them, and it all falls apart.
Finally, you have to commit to only putting things in the EXACT area. Really try to make it your operational hub. Be very strict with this. Only put things in your personal index that belong there for the long run. Donāt put tasks there and turn it into a task thing. And keep tasks for projects in the exact project area, tagged with the exact order you should attack them in.
That is literally everything. If you can commit to that, thatās a foundation for building with AI in this next wave of knowledge work.

š§š¼āš» The 5-Min Build ā The Inbox Triage Agent š ļø
Give Claude your inbox for 5 minutes and get back an empty one.
Open Claude and paste your 20 most recent unread emails. Subject lines and first sentences are enough.
Tell it: sort these into 3 buckets. Reply now, Delegate or automate, Delete.
Have it draft a 1-line reply for everything in the Reply now bucket.
Review for 30 seconds, then send.
Save the prompt. Run it every morning at the same time. Thatās the system.
The payoff: inbox zero stops being a personality trait and becomes a 5-minute routine.
The free version gets you the idea. Paid subscribers get the full prompt chain, the voice-matching setup, and the template for this exact build ā unlock it ā

Inflation will eat you alive.
Like frogs, a slow boil, so most donāt realize they are being boiled to death (financially).
My strategy is simple:
Buy tech monopolies.
Buy these newer AI/Chip monopolies.
Buy Bitcoin bec it has a monopoly on being the only hard unprintable money in the Universe.
And invest in my businesses.
Oh
And donāt try to trade. Just keep buying.
YOU WANT TO OWN ASSETS. YOU do not want to sell them. When you sell, you get cash. Then it starts rotting away. So you have to put it somewhere else.
Keep cash reserves, yes, like USDC or something like Wealthfront, where you can earn 3-5% or so on it. But def donāt keep your net worth in it unless you want to see 10-15% of it rot away every year.
Not financial advice of course
