The meaning of life is to give life meaning… someone said that.

Literally, nothing in your life matters unless you decide it does.
The problem most people have is they choose to worry about studying shit that makes their life worse.
Politics. World hunger. Climate change (which isn’t really a thing the way we define it), the next US president. Far East stuff.
Other obsessions include what other people think of you. What online trolls comment on your posts.
So on and so forth.
Utterly meaningless, most of it.
In 100 years, no one will remember you or what you did or didn’t do.
If you’re lucky, you’ll create something great that will be remembered. Most of us won't.
So who cares?
NO ONE CARES.
That's the point.
So you may as well live your life fully, completely, utterly, and significantly.
Override your genetic hardwiring to play it safe, to care what other people think, and to spend your time worrying about things outside of your control.
Give up the anxiety.
Give up the worry.
Give up unproductive content, movies, people, and habits.
Do what makes you better day in and day out and watch how your life transforms.

Most people in fitness are familiar with the Atwater factors of metabolizable energy: 4 kcal/g for carbs and protein, 9 kcal/g for fats (and 6.9 kcal/g for alcohol). These estimates are based on heat production, not the body's capacity for energy expenditure. The body cannot actually use all of that energy to produce ATP.
