🦾 If we lived somewhere else
Melius Humano,
If we were hunter-gatherers, we wouldn't need to supplement.
We wouldn't have to worry about cavities or any modern Western disease, for that matter.
If our soil hadn't been strip-mined for the last 80 years via monocropping to support the processed food revolution, we wouldn't need to optimize magnesium and other essential minerals.
If we ate wild animals, plants, seeds, tubers, and fruit, we'd have no obesity, depression, or extensionally lost and distracted souls.
Why do you hear people talk about going to Europe and eating anything and everything while still feeling great and, in some cases, losing weight?
Compare that to America, where if you don't watch every bite, you're ingesting seed oils, pesticides, mono-cropped processed foods, and other toxins that destroy your gut, create insulin resistance, and pack on the pounds.
That's the environment we live in.
So we have to protect ourselves. And that requires a lot of time, energy, research, and experimentation.
It is what it is.
If you want to live abroad, now is the time to make those plans.
We plan on living abroad for 6-12 months after our Austin leases are up.
Another solution is to move to a rural area.
Get far away from 5g towers, pollution, masses of people, and all the risks and health consequences that come with them.
Buy local food. Grow some of your own. Simplify your life. Escape the toxic modern housing, apartment buildings, offices, and wifi-saturated concrete jungle that is the typical American city.
If that's not possible, do this: spend a lot of time outside, stop eating at restaurants, cook your meals, and turn your wifi off at night.
Also, consider upgrading your bulbs in the house, investing in some red light, walking barefoot outside in the dirt, sleeping in a pitch-black room, disconnecting from toxic media, and being in the moment to silence your monkey mind.
No one said living was easy or free.
Modern humans have been conditioned to think it is or is supposed to be, and that is a big part of why they struggle so much.

🤔 Pro State
Being Pro-government is a weird thing.
Often, people take a binary approach to how they think about politics and the state.
They think it would be pandemonium if we didn't have a centralized state protecting us.
So, they can't fathom any arguments made against the government. They accept it as a 'necessity.'
Of course, history shows this to be completely and utterly wrong on every label.
But putting that aside, there is the libertarian perspective.
Which is simply the smallest government needed to protect personal property rights, and that's it.
It's strange to me that so many shun the libertarian perspective when ALL OF the data EVER points to this being the absolute best thing if we are going to have a state.
If we have a state, it should be as small as possible, not as big as possible. The bigger it gets, the more damage it does.
The empirical proof showing this is unfathomable.
More people should adopt the mindset of pro-small government if they support the system.
Anything beyond that is a complete suspension of reality and requires ignoring mountains of empirical data and confirmation bias.
And I suspect this perspective would open more minds to ways of protecting themselves, like buying Bitcoin.
