When it comes to staying consistent with your diet, an ounce of planning is worth not gaining a pound of body fat because you're eating stuff you shouldn't be because you didn't prepare ahead of time to have food available in the fridge and ready to go!
I've found the single most effective way to stay consistent on a whole food, animal-based diet is to have GOOD steaks in the fridge READY TO COOK.
The second that's not the case, the pantry starts calling its siren song. 🧜♀️
Also, eat more protein. Something I’m trying right now is making two steaks every dinner. Leave no room for anything else.
