Some weeks you go online and there’s so much to talk about.

This is one of those weeks.

Yesterday I saved 30 links within an hour of browsing online.

I had to get off.

On that note, I highly recommend getting off social media regularly.

Mindlessly browsing it because you're bored, standing in line, or whatever is toxic to your mental health.

Don’t do it.

Get off more as a general rule.

Then watch as your mood improves.

Watch as you become more grateful and optimistic about the future.
