How does one stay sane?

Think bigger and longer.

First principles always win out in then long run because that’s reality whereas broken and corrupt and misaligned structures always collapse in the long run because they ignore reality.

I've been a pediatrician for 6 years. While I don't have the experience as many others, I can say the amount of case reports of children with heart attacks and myocarditis in the last year is like nothing I've ever seen before Please, don't be so callous with your kid's health.
